She has executed successful multi-tiered PR campaigns for entertainment programming and was the first to target “Synergy” in applying elements of the specific business to such PR campaigns to broaden the reach. In addition to maximizing public relations outreach through her vast database of worldwide contacts, Galloway has created press events, promotions, strategic partnerships and worldwide campaigns for consumer product launches, theatrical releases, television programming and celebrities that target all the right results.
She has won awards from every facet of the business including a New York Film Festival Silver Medal Award, the Billboard Humanitarian Award, a PRISM Award, a HALO Award, and an Emmy for her work on the mini-series “From the Earth to the Moon” directed by Oscar winner Tom Hanks. She has resided in both the United States and Europe .
Her experience has given her a window into non-traditional creative thinking that empowers a brand or celebrity to provide PR and Marketing outreach beyond the normal channels of promotion and public relations. Her connections from every point of the globe have brought strategic alliances and heightened media awareness to each of the companies she has represented. She has provided key endorsement agreements for chart-topping musicians and award-winning celebrities and VIPs. She is one of the very few who could secure a New York Times Square Jumbotron image for no cost and at the same time finalize the Arts Section in the New York Times without blinking an eye.
She works on a global basis with all elements of marketing and believes a powerful public relations campaign gives brands heightened levels of consumer loyalty, awareness and power.
Amongst her many accomplishments she provided the outreach vision to the Gibson Guitar Corp. which gave the company a 40% lift in sales. Her leadership of a global team of professionals and challenging creative sense brought new artists, endorsements, product partnerships and retail opportunities to the company. She also single-handedly increased media awareness worldwide and led her team through new promotions and strategic alliances that became fundamental to the corporation’s planning for growth. Some of these included the alliance with the Universal Studios Amphitheatre, new in-store customer programs for new guitar launches, corporate internal initiatives and product placement and promotions throughout diverse media options.
At the Walt Disney Company, Galloway led team in the US and also Europe in large scale attraction openings, major press events, retail openings and consumer brands promotions. She was responsible for all theatrical and park alliances and brought several new key corporate alliances to the company during her tenure. She did the same for Universal Studios launching numerous successful television alliances for the Universal Studios theme parks that still exist today along with new PR programs, outreach plans and media relations.
Galloway’s an expert at taking a brand and exploding it into impactful, unique and unexpected opportunities. She has launched numerous new brands and built an abundance of personal profiles for some of the world’s best known musicians and celebrities through her PR experience.
In 2010, Galloway decided to take the advice of many of her partners and create a PR & Partnership agency to support their individual needs and programs. Since the day she opened it has been fast-forward all the way. Now representing key partners in the entertainment, education and consumer products areas, Galloway provides partnership introductions, marketing campaigns and execution, publicity outreach and social media networking.
She has also been described as “an energy that doesn’t stop” and she prides herself on a 24/7 mentality and a no-holds-barred attitude when it comes to creating a “sky is the limit” opportunity for her partners. She is a co-creator of Music Rising, an organization also co-founded by U2’s the Edge and legendary producer Bob Ezrin. She has produced award winning television spots and segments including programs such as the re-launch of the Louisiana Super Dome after Hurricane Katrina, the Super Bowl, The Oprah Winfrey Show, ABC Music Specials, Good Morning America and others. She has appeared on several media programs and authored many articles, biographies, scripts and speeches. She has even written promotional spots for former President Bill Clinton. Most recently she has revived and re-launched the personal brands for celebrities such as Larry Hagman making him the #1 search term on Yahoo global for two days in a row.
Aside from an extensive marketing, production and PR background, Galloway prides herself on an entrepreneurial way of thinking combined with a commitment to community. She is married to an Emmy award winning videographer and television producer and has two children.
